[Smartphone] Motorola Moto X Style launched in India exclusively on Flipkart

Motorola has today launched its flagship device, the Moto X Style, in India. It comes with a quad HD display and 3,000 mAh battery. The device will be available exclusively on Flipkart. Note that the same device was launched as Moto X Pure in US.

This smartphone comes with 2 GB RAM. Two storage variants are available, viz. 16 GB internal and 32 GB internal storage. Both these variants support micro SD, and can expand the memory up to 128 GB.

The device runs on 1.8 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 hexa-core processor. It is coupled with Adreno 418 GPU. It runs on Android 5.1.1 Lollipop.

On the imaging front, the smartphone features 21 MP rear camera. It is accompanied with dual CCT (Color Correlated Temperature) flash and Phase Detection auto-focus. The front camera is a 5 MP shooter. Both the sensors have f/2.0 aperture.


The smartphone sports a 5.7-inch quad HD display, with a resolution of 2560x1440 pixels. The screen is protected by Corning Gorilla Glass 3. The pixel density is 515 ppi.

The device boasts of turbo charging feature, and claims to charge 35% of the device in only 15 minutes. It is IP52 certified, which effectively means that it comes with a water repellent nano-coating.

The device comes in White and Black color options.
It will be available at ₹29,999 ($460 approx.) for 16 GB, and 31,999 ($495 approx.) for 32 GB, and will be available with multiple launch offers starting midnight of October 14.
