Huawei Honor 5X with fingerprint sensor launched in India for ₹12,999

Huawei has today launched their latest mid-range device, the Honor 5X, in India. It was first launched in China in October last year. Another device, the Honor Holly 2 Plus has also been launched.

The smartphone is powered by a 1.7 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 616 octa-core processor, and 2 GB RAM.

The device features 13 MP rear camera with dual LED flash, and 5 MP front camera.

The smartphone features a 5.5-inch FHD IPS display, with 1920x1080 pixels resolution and density of 401 pixels-per-inch.

The device runs on a 3,000 mAh battery. Storage capacity of 16 GB (expandable up to 128 GB) is available.

The smartphone supports 4G LTE, and features a fingerprint sensor. It runs EMUI 3.1, which is based on Android 5.1 Lollipop.

The smartphone is available on Amazon and Flipkart. It comes in three color options, viz. grey, silver and gold, and is priced at 
₹12,999 ($190 approx.).
