Blackberry has today launched their latest device, the Priv, in India. As per the official confirmation received earlier, the smartphone runs on Google's Android operating system. This is the first time Blackberry is offering Android to its users.
The smartphone is powered by a 64-bit 1.8 GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 808 hexa-core processor, and 3 GB RAM.
The device features 18 MP PDAF and OIS enabled rear camera, and 2 MP front camera.
The smartphone features a 5.4-inch WQHD AMOLED display, with 2560x1440 pixels resolution and density of 540 pixels-per-inch.
The device runs on a 3,410 mAh battery. Storage capacity of 32 GB (expandable up to 2 TB) is available.
The smartphone supports 4G LTE.
The smartphone will be available January 30th onwards. It is available in black color, and is priced at ₹62,990 ($930 approx.).
