[Smartphone] Oppo Neo 7 launched in India

Oppo has launched its second device, the Neo 7, in the month of October this year. Earlier the manufacturer premiered the R7s at GITEX 2015 held in Dubai. This smartphone is the successor to Oppo Neo 5, which was launched in June this year.

The device has dual SIM slots, and both of these support 4G.

The smartphone is powered by 2,420 mAh battery.

The smartphone has a 8 MP rear camera with f/2.0 aperture and LED flash, and 5 MP front camera with virtual flash (the display acts as flash). The device ships with ColorOS 2.1, which is based on Android 5.1 Lollipop.

The smartphone has a 5-inch TFT qHD screen, along with a metal-like frame and glass on the rear and front, making it prone to fingerprints. The device houses a 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 410 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, along with 1 GB RAM and 16 GB internal memory (expandable up to 128 GB).

The device is priced at 
₹9,990 ($155 approx.). It will go on sale by the end of this month
