Swipe Konnect 5.1 Sandstone Black limited edition launched in India for ₹3,999 exclusively on Snapdeal

Swipe has today announced the launch of a new budget smartphone, the Swipe Konnect 5.1 in Sandstone Black finish. It is a limited edition smartphone.

Konnect 5.1 comes with a 5-inch TFT FWVGA IPS display with Vi-Di technology. It sports an 8 MP rear camera, and a 3.2 MP front camera. The camera features include Face Beautify, Wink to Capture, Gesture Capture, Face Detection, HDR, Panorama, and QR Code Scanner. The device is backed by a 3,000 mAh battery, which claims to offer up to 15 hours of talk-time and up to 200 hours of standby time on 3G.

The gorgeous black sandstone finish that marks the rear casing provides a better grip.

The smartphone is armed with 1.2 GHz quad-core processor, 1 GB RAM and 8 GB internal memory (expandable up to 32 GB). Konnect 5.1 comes with Android KitKat 4.4.2, but is upgradable to Android 5.1 Lollipop.

The device is priced at ₹3,999 ($60 approx.), and is launched exclusively on Snapdeal.
