It is the first Android smartphone to offer loss-less zoom that maintains image quality even at 3x zoom along with host of enhanced camera features for producing a professional level images on the go. The smartphone offers Android 5.1 out of the box, MTK6795 chipset and octa-core 2.0 GHz CPU. The National Geographic contributing photographer Fritz Hoffmann attended the event too. He showed some great photographs which were taken by this device and he pronounced himself quite satisfied with its camera. Hoffman will keep using this smartphone to take more photographs and share them with Gionee in the following years.
