After the huge success of Redmi 1S, Xiaomi (now Mi) has launched another budget smartphone with impressive specifications. By introducing Redmi Note, the Chinese OEM has decided to give Motorola (now owned by Lenovo) a tough challenge by hampering the sales of Moto G 2nd Gen. In terms of specifications, the device features an IPS display, powered by 1.7 GHz Mediatek 6592 octa-core processor with a 2 GB RAM. It comes with a 5.5 inch screen. The internal storage is 8 GB. It runs on Android 4.2 with Xiaomi's skin, The MIUI, and packs 3,100 mAh high-capacity lithium-polymer battery.
