In order to bridge the gap been smartphones and tablets, Lenovo has launched the Phab Plus in India. The idea is to prevent the consumer from carrying two devices. Note that this device was announced during IFA 2015 held in Berlin, Germany.

The device comes with a 6.8-inch FHD display with a resolution of 1920x1080 pixels, with a pixel density of 326 ppi. It is packed with Vice UI based on Android 5.0 Lollipop OS, 2 GB RAM and 1.5 GHz octa-core 64-bit Qualcomm Snapdragon 615 processor.

The phablet is equipped with 13 MP rear camera with LED flash and f/2.2 aperture, and a 5 MP front camera. It is packed with 32 GB internal memory (expandable up to 64 GB), supports dual SIM 4G LTE, and is backed by 3,500 mAh lithium-ion battery.

It weighs around 222 grams, which is obvious given the hefty specifications.

One need not worry about the huge screen size, since the OEM has made sure to provide a feature which will allow single-handed usage. The effective UI will shrink to one corner on the huge display, thus enabling the feature.

The phablet is available in Gunmetal Grey, Silver Honey and Grey Titanium color options.
